PTF Notes
Busy and exciting! That's what the month of October was. Guess what? November is going to be even more exciting! Once again, the October PTF meeting was well attended and each student received a Senator Buck when his or her parent/guardian attended! Thank you for your continued support.
In November, the PTF is going to focus on giving, family, fun, and our community. During this season of Thanksgiving, I want to take time to say thank you to all of the parents, family members, staff, and teachers who support the PTF. The PTF is very grateful. November kicks off our holiday food drive. Look for the decorated box in the lobby. All food that is donated helps Hartly families. The PTF hopes to see you at the upcoming events in November – MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
November 8th – PTF Meeting in the library at 6:00 p.m. (Babysitting is provided)
November 10th – Chuck E Cheese Family Fun Night (next to the Dover Mall – 1275 N. DuPont Hwy.) from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is no school the next day, so no need to rush home! When you place an order, tell the staff you are part of the Hartly Elementary group and the PTF earns 15% of your purchase, which is for the school!
November 15th – The Thirty-One fundraiser ends – Please submit all order forms with your payment.
November 18th – Our First Quarter Auction! Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the auction starts at 6:30 p.m. Food will be available for purchase. Come out and support the PTF and start your holiday shopping! To purchase advance tickets for $5.00 each, call or email Melanie Lahutsky at 387-3284, OR call Chrissy Maheux at 734-8815
